Frozen Dead Guy Days Bar Crawl
The Frozen Dead Guy Days Bar Crawl is a high-energy, town-wide celebration that brings the party to multiple local bars throughout Estes Park. Expect themed drinks, creative costumes, and a lively winter atmosphere that keeps the Dead Guy spirit going well beyond the main festival.

Royal Blue Ball
The Royal Blue Ball is a high-energy dance party and costume contest that officially kicks off Frozen Dead Guy Days at The Stanley Hotel. With DJ Mack, icy flair, and guests dressed in their boldest blues, it’s a stylish, slightly surreal start to an unforgettable weekend.

Cryogenic Cannibal Chase 8K
The Cryogenic Cannibal Chase is a fast, fun, and slightly unhinged race that brings big energy and bigger costumes to Frozen Dead Guy Days. Equal parts competition and spectacle, it’s a crowd-favorite event that delivers laughs, cheers, and peak winter weirdness.

The Polar Plunge
Brave the cold at the Polar Plunge on Sunday, March 29, at The Stanley Hotel, where plungers dive into icy waters for a good cause and a lot of laughs. Your plunge ticket includes a timed dip, DJ-fueled energy, hot showers, a commemorative coin, and a portion benefiting charity.
- Sunday, March 29, 12:30–3 PM: Polar Plunge at The Stanley Hotel’s Pavilion Pond, with plunges running from 1–3 PM.
- $20 Plunger / $10 Spectator: Plunge ticket includes a time slot, DJ Mack, cash bar, hot shower, towel, commemorative coin, and $10 donated to charity; kids 12 and under spectate free.
- Come for the cause: Free parking, creative plunge-wear encouraged, and plenty of cheering from friends and family.es
Bands and Bloody's Brunch
Bands & Bloodys is a laid-back Sunday celebration that pairs live local music with brunch favorites, Bloody Marys, and Beermosas across Estes Park. It’s the perfect way to wind down Frozen Dead Guy Days with good food, good tunes, and even better company.
